The Flores Company is a California-licensed property and casualty insurance agency, offering Business Insurance, Surety Bond, and Risk Management services. Founded in 2020, we focus exclusively on business insurance and surety bonds for small and mid-sized companies.
We specialize in seven industries: Automotive, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Pest Control, Restaurants, Retail, and Trucking. That focus means we already understand the risks, contracts, and licensing requirements our clients face.

Meet our founder
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Elmer Flores founded The Flores Company in 2020 after three years with Farmers Insurance. Today the agency focuses exclusively on business insurance and surety bonds for California companies, serving business owners in the language they're most comfortable with, English or Spanish.
Elmer holds a degree in Business Management from Cal State LA and earned the CompEssentials certification from the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB), bringing added expertise in how California workers' comp is classified and rated.
Outside the office, you'll find Elmer on the basketball court, reading a good book, or spending time with his family and his dog.
